Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated professional with a Bachelor's Degree (Master's degree preferred), CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor), or LADC (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor) certification.

Job
Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for individuals with substance use challenges.
Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' needs, goals, and diagnoses.
Utilize evidence-based counseling techniques to address clients' unique needs.
Lead specialty groups, if applicable, meeting all regulatory standards and certification requirements.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated care.
Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required (Master's degree preferred).
CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor) or LADC (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor) required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in counseling or related field.
Appropriate certifications to lead specialty groups, meeting all regulatory standards.
