As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating a diverse range of events, including weddings, receptions, bridal showers, company parties, retreats, and social gatherings.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with guests to plan and execute events.
Facilitate communication between guests, internal departments, and vendors to ensure seamless event coordination.
Develop comprehensive event outlines (BEOs) to guide event execution.
Conduct final walk-throughs prior to events to ensure all details are in place.
Coordinate staffing needs, including scheduling servers and bartenders for events.
Conduct tours and host tastings to showcase our event offerings.
Create and manage payment schedules, as well as process payments.
Promptly respond to inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
Prior experience in event planning is preferred but not required.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
