Our client, a leading orthopedic company in Dover, OH is looking for a Packaging Labeling Specialist for a 1 year contract assignment.
Packaging Labeling Specialist
Summary:
Create labels, package inserts, image files, packaging Bills of Material and Packaging procedures based on instructions from Regulatory, Brand, Product Development and Packaging Development. Assists in all activities necessary to generate, revise, and assure the integrity of product labels and package inserts, domestic and foreign, for all products manufactured. Reviews labels and package inserts in the labeling and package inserts systems to confirm information is accurate.
Packaging Labeling Specialist Duties and
Responsibilities:
Maintains Packaging Bills of Material and packaging procedures.
Creates labels for all new projects and revises for all existing products.
Assists with the revisions of control package inserts.
Supports Production label printing.
Creates digital files.
Creates packaging material specifications.
Packaging Labeling Specialist Education/ Experience Requirements:
An Associate's degree preferred; or two years of equivalent on the job training/experience is required.
Knowledge of U.S. and international government regulations regarding labeling requirements for medical devices and general regulatory knowledgeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
