CFO opportunity! Our client, a recognized leader in its specialty market segment, is seeking a experienced and experienced leader, with broad financial experience and significant business acumen, to assume the role of Chief Financial Officer! Essential responsibilities of the CFO position will include: financial leadership to the business; overall responsibilities for the accounting, financial reporting, financial planning, budgeting/forecasting and cash management; development and implementation of appropriate accounting policies and procedures; approve and manage capital expenditure projects; maintain excellent banking relationships; manage borrowing requirements and line of credit; oversight of the balance sheet, including leverage ratios, liquidity analysis, risk assessments; participation in strategic planning processes, including business trends and financial modeling; manage and develop direct staff as well as indirect managers, including the human resources function. The CFO will work very closely with the President and BOD and must possess previous CFO experience in a manufacturing industry environment. Other qualifications include: experience overseeing the IT staff; high level of critical thinking skills; broad understanding of business metrics and financial analytics. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
