Engineering Intern, Dover OH - Fall 2018 through Spring 2019 (613826)

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

- Participate in project teams (meetings, presentations, etc.)
- Implement process improvement actions
- Perform root cause analyses and troubleshooting for process non-conformances
- Develops, evaluates, and/or improves product designs for both new and current projects under the direct supervision of assigned engineering or management personnel.
- Learns to confer as necessary with appropriate planning, quality, regulatory, manufacturing and engineering staff in order to ensure efficient and manufacturable product designs.
- Becomes familiar with Regulatory and FDA submission paperwork in support of product development.
- Becomes familiar with production routings, bills of material and quality assurance documentation for product development.
Expected Areas of Competence
At a minimum, the individual must have experience:
- Writing Technical Documents
- Using MS Excel
- Be familiar with basic lab equipment, such as DVMs, power supplies and calipers
- Preferred experience with Minitab is a plus.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential.
Education/Experience Requirements
Must be actively enrolled in an academic program for the entire duration of the assignment.
GPA of 3. 0+ preferred
Pursuit of Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline. Mechanical, Biomedical, and Industrial Engineering Majors preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
