Work requires the exertion of very heavy physical effort frequently involving the lifting and moving of objects weighing over 50 pounds. Work requires considerable walking, bending and stooping, and some climbing for short distances. WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work outside in all kinds of weather, and inside in areas that may be dusty, drafty, and noisy. Equipment, tools, and tasks involved at this level frequently require special care to avoid serious injuries. Work on and around river or lake structures involves hazards of falling and drowning. Work requires continuous standing, walking, and stooping.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
